Mathematics

At Skipton Primary School, students complete at least on hour of mathematics class for at least four days per week.  The school has just completed a renovation of its mathematics curriculum, instruction and assessment.

The school's curriculum (the list of I Can statements) is available for families.  This document outlines WHAT we teach.  It is a guide for students and teachers in establishing prior knowledge, developing learning material and planning for next steps in learning.

The school is planning a Family Maths Night in Term 3, so stay tuned!
